I’m a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Departments of Psychology and Pediatrics at Stanford University. I received my Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan. With collaborators at Stanford, I study the beliefs and behaviors that motivate people to achieve high performance and well-being. My goal is to use these research findings to inform the design of psychologically precise interventions to promote goal achievement in education, work, and health.
