Research Summary:
I am broadly interested in the intersection of diversity and education. My work aims to identify processes that hinder minorities in showing their full potential and interventions that can lift those barriers. Besides self-affirmation and social belonging interventions, I am currently exploring the relationship between acculturation strategies and educational outcomes.
