Wei Li

RESEARCH AFFILIATE

Wei Li is a Research Affiliate at the Cohen Lab at Stanford University. Her research explores how psychological interventions can integrate with traditional management approaches to enhance individual fulfillment and performance in educational fields and professional settings, with specialized focus on healthcare systems including: Clinical decision-making processes in hospitals, Resilience training for medical staff, Patient behavioral change in treatment adherence, etc. She prefers quantitative analytics to study the relationships among people’s mindsets, self-motivation mechanisms, and behavioral adaptation in these contexts.


She holds dual Master's degrees in Innovative Management from Imperial College London Business School and in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. Previously, she graduated with two B.S. degrees in Engineering and Management from the University of London and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(joint program, with first class honors.
