Lambert Li

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Lambert Li is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore. He integrates behavioral science and field interventions to study strategic human capital and healthcare management. His research focuses on how workplace wellness programs mitigate nurse burnout and reduce medical errors, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence governance on clinician well-being and patient safety. Additionally, he explores how labor and employment practices shape social evaluation and enhance organizational performance.


He received a Ph.D. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the UCSF School of Medicine, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley.
