Kevin Chi

DOCTORAL CANDIDATE

Kevin Chi, M.A., is a PhD Candidate in Psychology at Stanford University passionate about using psychological interventions and AI to strengthen social connection and bridge divides across workplace, political, and social contexts. His research examines how organizational structures shape employee engagement and identity, while developing evidence-based interventions that reduce bias across political and demographic divides. His research has been published in leading academic journals, including Nature, and has informed both corporate practices and community programs.


Kevin received his B.A. in Psychology and Statistics from the University of British Columbia and his M.A. in Psychology from Stanford University.
