Amelia Yu is a research assistant at the Cohen Lab. She works with Yue Jia to explore how workplace experiences shape employees’ sense of purpose and values, influencing both individual fulfillment and organizational success.

Amelia earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Wellesley College.
